Steven Rattner: Obama's No Socialist, "He Saved Capitalism"

It's good to know that despite the economic weakness that central planning hubris remains strong. Capitalism, the flow of money that maximizes reward relative to risk, will overcome any 'official' policies that contradict or block them.

Let’s be more specific, does printing more money and issuing more debt save dollar centric capitalism? Unfortunately, the answer is no. Capitalism (money flows) are like a raging river. While humans may attempt to redirect the river for their benefit, its inherent power eventually overcomes all intervention. Those that trusted the intervention always get wiped out. Now substitute U.S. dollar with river for a better understanding of the economic battle at hand today.

.Americans elected Barrack Obama on the hope he would bring “change” to Washington; "change" that would help turn the economy around. Two years later, the recession may be officially over, but the jobs crisis remains unchanged and the lackluster economy was a critical reason for the Democrats’ shellacking in last week’s Midterm election.
